February Life Update
Life has been a whirlwind as I adjust to the newborn phase again and navigate life with four boys (or six if you count my husband and our dogโbecause letโs be real, they belong in the count! ๐). I think the phrase boy trapped has never been more fitting!

Our fourth son, Brooks, made his arrival in October, and from there, it was a nonstop celebration marathonโmy husbandโs birthday, my sonโs birthday, my birthday, Thanksgiving, and Christmas all packed into the next two months! It was a busy but beautiful season, and Iโm so grateful I could step back from work for a bit to truly soak it all in.
Then, January came and went in a flash! We had yet another family birthday, and Idaho gifted us some surprisingly โwarmโ winter days. I took full advantage and went on lots of walks with Brooksโthankfully, heโs a fan of stroller rides, or else Iโm not sure how we wouldโve survived the winter!

Now, here we are in February, and Iโm finally diving back into work mode. Iโve been busy creating new classroom dรฉcor for you all, and I cannot wait to show you what Iโve been working on! Stay tuned for some exciting updates soon.
This Month’s Recipe: Baked Chicken Tacos
A friend shared this recipe with me a while back and I finally got around to trying it. I was shocked at how simple it was and to my astonishment, every. single. person. ate. it. Which if the dramatic periods didnโt convey the message, that never happens over here! If you are in a simple dinner rut like I was I highly recommend this one!
Current Amazon Favs
Every month Iโll be sharing a couple of my favorite orders from Amazon that you might love too! Here is this month’s top 3:
1. Electrolyte Mix
Iโve been drinking these electrolytes for almost 3 years now. They are SO good. They help me drink so much more water and boost my energy.
2. Play Nine Game
This game would be a GREAT addition to your classroom! My 5 year old even got the hang of it and plays it with our family. My kids are adding and subtracting in their heads and learning negative numbers without even realizing it which is a bonus!
3. Mood Lighting Lamp
Winter means I need some good, warm lighting when it gets dark at 5pm. This lamp is set on a timer so it pops on at 5pm every day and turns off when I go to bed on its own! Iโve got it up on a high shelf so the timer function is so nice!
And that’s a wrap for this month’s update! Thanks so much for being hereโI love sharing this journey with you!
