May & June Life Update (2-in-1!)
I kicked off May by cleaning out the garden and getting it ready for planting. Every year I forget how much work it is, but it’s also one of the most calming things I do. Why is it that I look forward to scrubbing out my garden beds, but the thought of wiping down my kitchen one more time makes me want to lose my mind? 😂 Things are already starting to grow and bloom—I’ll share some garden updates with you next month!

Our weekends have been packed with sports. Lincoln and Maverick wrapped up their flag football season, and Griffin played soccer, which meant lots of sideline sitting for me and baby Brooks.

Speaking of Brooks—he’s getting so big! He had his first swim and absolutely loved it. He’s truly the sweetest little baby, and I’m so glad we decided to have one more. Built-in bestie for the next five years? Yes, please.

Griffin graduated from preschool and is ready to take on kindergarten this fall! The elementary school my older boys attend throws a big family picnic on the last day of school, and it’s always a highlight of our year. Bring on the summer!

Recipe I’m Obsessed With: Cinnamon Lover’s Granola
Don’t sleep on this one. It’s amazing with Greek yogurt—sweet, crunchy, and satisfying. I add coconut flakes to mine and it takes it to a whole new level. You’ll thank me later.

Things I’m Loving Lately
1. These Sunglasses 😎
I went to lunch with friends, and three of us showed up wearing the exact same pair of sunglasses! Lightweight, flattering, and inexpensive—perfect for people like me who can’t keep track of sunglasses to save their life.
2. This Workout Top 💪
This workout top feels just like Lulu but without the crazy price tag. Total win.
3. This Book 📚
I’ve always been intentional about screen time, but this book has completely shifted my perspective. I’m currently doing a summer social media break with two friends, and just one week in, I feel like I’ve gained so much time and connection back.
Hope you’re all enjoying your summer! I’m working on a fun 4th of July/Patriotic decor kit that you’ll be seeing soon! 🎆🇺🇸
