Marbled Pastel Classroom Decor

Earlier this year, I polled my email subscribers to learn what new classroom decor themes teachers are hoping to see in my shop this year. Well, the most requested theme was pastels! And I completely understand why. This color palette is effortlessly calm and inviting. I knew I had to include this theme in my 2023 classroom decor collection! For my take on pastel decor, I chose to incorporate a marbled texture, and I love the effect it has on this design! Let’s dive in and learn all about this fresh, new Marbled Pastel Classroom Decor theme. Plus, there’s a matching freebie for you later in this post!
The Ultimate Calming Theme with a Twist
The colors in this theme are warm and soothing. Think sherbet in the sunshine! This palette creates such a calm and inviting atmosphere! And the marbled texture makes this design both creative and elegant. I love the non-uniform look of the marble; it adds interest without being overly stimulating. This truly is the ultimate calming classroom decor!
While pastel themes are trending this year (for good reason), the fun marble twist in this decor is one-of-a-kind. And with such an attractive color scheme, you can have so much fun accessorizing with throw pillows, frames, furniture, and whatever else your heart desires!
Surround Your Students with Positivity and Affirmations
I love classroom decor that spreads positive thinking and encouragements. This Marbled Pastel Classroom Decor theme is full of inspiring content your students can enjoy daily.
These classroom posters create such a motivational display! Not only are they pretty to look at, but they share an uplifting message. And you can use these posters in a number of ways! Create a stunning bulletin board display in minutes by printing them as-is. Or easily enlarge your classroom posters during printing to decorate an open wall or even a hallway.
Another fun way to decorate in your classroom is by creating large wall displays using decorative word posters. This pastel theme includes 3 unique sayings. Each letter prints on a single page, and they look amazing when displayed on your wall! You can see an example of one of these in the second photo in this post – “Best Class Ever!”
Finally, creating an affirmation station in this theme is such a great way to boost students’ self-esteem and well-being. We all need encouragement. So making an intentional space in your classroom to promote self-confidence among students is incredibly important. Plus, this station will add to the overall positive environment you’re creating for you and your class!
Classroom Must-Haves in Pastels
There are certain items our classrooms need, like alphabet posters, labels, covers for our binders. The list goes on (and on, and on). These are must-have, functional items, but they don’t have to be boring. I’ve created all those things (and more!) to match this eye-catching theme!
Like these desk name tags! I’ve created multiple designs so you can mix-n-match for your class. There are actually 14 unique designs to choose from in this theme! So each student can have their name printed (or written) on a special name tag. And what elementary classroom would be complete without number posters? Choose from a playful font, primary font, or posters with 10 frames in this lovely pastel theme. There are so many matching resources in this design to make your classroom a place you and your students will love to be this year!
