Uplifting Valentine’s Day Classroom Decor
Valentine’s Day is the perfect opportunity to surround your students with positive messaging. Decorate your classroom with affirming quotes, like “You are loved.” Use language that creates a hopeful and inspiring feeling.
For example, this Valentine Love Bulletin Board Kit has it all: a bright color palette, timeless Valentine’s Day images, and positive sayings. In this design, I paired floral patterns with checkered prints to create a fun contrast. And I added heart shapes to the banner for a unique twist.
This black messy dots border is one of the most requested that I use! I love it because it’s so versatile and adds interest to displays without being too distracting.
One of my favorite things to do with my bulletin board displays is to personalize them. I love adding students’ names or even photos to the design. They love being a part of the decor!
Another great way to involve your students in your displays is to give them an activity they can do that becomes part of the decoration. In this Valentine Love Bulletin Board Kit, I’ve included a “Ways to spread kindness” writing activity. Students use the heart shaped template to write their ideas in each of the boxes. And then you hang them on your bulletin board or wall as a great reminder all month to be kind to others.
Valentine Bulletin Board Letters with Font Options
I started creating matching A-Z bulletin board letter sets for my designs last year, and they’ve quickly become a teacher-favorite! These letters help you to completely customize your displays with ANY saying you want! All while matching the colors and patterns of a complete bulletin board kit.
With this Valentine Love theme, I’ve added another font option to the mix. You can now choose to use either a playful font or a more primary-friendly font! Be sure to check out both options so you can choose which works best for your classroom. Both sets include A-Z in upper and lowercase, punctuation, and numbers – all in 3 unique styles! So you can’t go wrong with whichever font option you choose!

Kindness Week and Valentine’s Day Classroom Posters
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Classroom posters are the EASIEST bulletin board you will ever put together! If you’re short on time (what teacher isn’t?!), but you really want to create a cheerful and positive vibe in your classroom this February, opt for some inspiring classroom posters!
This Valentine Love Classroom Posters set includes 8 unique posters plus 2 borders! You can just print and go with this set! The colors and designs are so timeless, you can use them for many Februarys to come!
Valentine’s Day Door Decorating
When it comes to classroom door decorating, I love to use an oversized sign paired with smaller decorative elements. For the sign, I print mine out at 180% scale. This prints out over 4 standard sized sheets of paper, and it’s about 22″ x 17″ once assembled. Check out these tips for enlarging classroom decor during printing to see how this works. An oversized sign like this really makes your door decor pop!
In this Valentine Love Door Decor Kit, I include signs and multiple smaller decorative pieces, including the option to add your students’ names to the display! The kit even includes 2 border options and a banner, so you can really go all out!
