- Introduction to Real Estate: Have an age-appropriate discussion with your students about the concept of buying and selling homes. This can be as detailed or simple as needed based on your students’ age. Explain that they’ll each get to write a persuasive ad to sell their haunted house!
- Haunted House Features: This is where their creativity gets to shine! Brainstorm unique and spooky features for their haunted houses, such a creaky floors, ghostly inhabitants, and secret passages. Let their ideas run wild!
- Persuasive Writing: Teach students the art of persuasive writing. Discuss techniques like using descriptive language, appealing to emotions, and providing reasons why their haunted house is a must-buy.
